After medical school doctors are trained in board approved training in the diagnosis and treatment (including surgery) of female reproductive system including the management of normal and high risk pregnancy. After satisfactory completion of post doctoral training doctors are board certified by written and oral examination and awarded board certification. Doctors so specialized also maintain board certification by prescribed formal education annually.

Our practice Lake Shore Medical Associates Ltd, is a totally autonomous independent practice and not employed by any hospital or clinic system and we have no conflicts of interest when we take care of the patients in our offices and when admitted to a hospital. Doctors are on call 24 hours/day for Ob/Gyn emergencies. When necessary we refer our patients to OB-Gyn Sub specialists in the community on the staff of our affiliated hospitals.
